Goodwill Pivotal Services is a nonprofit social enterprise with more than 10,000 square feet of warehousing and production space across two locations in London and St. Thomas, Ontario.
The Pivotal ‘double bottom line’ approach provides superior service for outsourced production needs on a transitional work platform. This social enterprise generates revenue through competitive, packaging and assembly contracts while creating transitional employment opportunities, skills development and social integration for people who face barriers to employment such as disability or social disadvantage.
Pivotal had been operating in the London area for more than 24 years. Aligned in a core belief that when people work, communities work, and with a shared commitment to changing lives and communities through the power of work, Pivotal and the Regional Mental Health Care St. Thomas ACE employment program joined Goodwill Industries, Ontario Great Lakes in 2013 to become Goodwill Pivotal Services.
With over 15 years experience in managing logistics and production, Charles is your liaison to daily warehouse and production activities. In charge of overseeing daily operations, his objective is to ensure that Pivotal delivers on its commitment to responsive and effective service.
